Where can I use the Sodexo Sparx Recognition Visa® Rewards Card?

The Sodexo Sparx Recognition VISA® rewards card is accepted at authorized, participating VISA locations throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam. The card will need to be unlocked prior to use.

Can I use the Sodexo Sparx Recognition Visa® Rewards Card Online?

Yes. Before using your reward card at an online merchant, the card will need to be unlocked.

Does the Sodexo Sparx Recognition Visa® Rewards Card expire?

Yes. For Sodexo employee and non-Sodexo employee card recipients, reward card funds expire 12 months from the date of activation, for activation date go to www.mysparxrewards.com

How do I find the available balance on my card?

Go to top of page and click on Check Balance or call 1.800.755.8713 for Cardholder assistance.

What if my Sparx reward card is lost or stolen?

For lost or stolen cards call Cardholder support 1.800.755.8713. A $5.00 card replacement fee applies and will be automatically deducted from your available balance.
